We long to hold onto our short summer now merging into fall, how quickly the wind has brought a chill to the air, color to the leaves, and desire to slow a bit and feel the season change in our souls.

The News & Happenings

Cashmere Cider Mill  continues to be a destination for day trip travelers from the west side of Washington State. We have shared our year with visitors from around the world along with many travel writers, photographers, magazine editors and more. A few we hosted represented 425, Edible Seattle, Sunset, Seattle Times, Northwest Travel, others came without any fanfare, incognito to better live the story they came to write.    

Be sure to celebrate with us from recieving an International Award of Excellence from  IFWTA International Food Wine Travel Writers Association; indicting the best of the best in the world of wine, food and beverage and prestigious in every way, we are very proud of the hard work and perseverance that brought us to this recognition.

The word is out.....Cider Mill Farmhouse Guest Suites **Now Open and includes a complimentary bottle of Lady Blush with each reservation, morning French pressed locally roasted coffee beans from Costa Rica to wake up to a leisurely morning set among the orchards, and the babbling sounds of Mission Creek from your window.

Ginger Waffles w/ Peach/Mango preserves

2 cups Pancake Mix               2 tab Molasses

2 teas Ginger                            1 tab oil

1 egg                                            ½ teas Cinnamon
