Overnight in our 1910 Cashmere Cider Mill Orchard Farmhouse refurbished for the next century of hospitality. Package includes Orchard Snapshot (2 guests), Cider Mill morning espressos (2), & afternoon * Famous Apple Butter Milkshakes (sip by the creek)  Based on double occupancy, 2 nights minimum, seasonal dates.  Reservations   Choose to add on a culinary adventure; Heirloom Apple Butter Cooking class, Pesto or Salsa from garden bounty.

Explore Wenatchee Apple Country; Observe "Tree to Table" Technology compared to Vintage Agriculture. Includes seasonal fruit samples to taste and see the difference, exclusive entrance to a working orchard, orchard walk, educational, entertaining and includes farm fresh lunch menu. Personal instructor guide & lunch included, plan 3 hours. Reservations Required

 

Cooking Class

Make Heirloom Apple Butter, from harvest bounty,  Seasonal Salsa, or Garden Pesto ........Escape to the country, stroll the orchard, taste many varieties of tree ripened apples, & pears, chilled handcrafted artisan cider & cheese ..... harvest in the air....Classes available weekly May- November by reservation. .... using apples that are NOT genetically modified.....   A call to your culinary side....take home your very own souvenir jar of apple butter made in class.   Personal Instruction, samples, recipes & farm fresh lunch included; Class size limited, plan 4 hours; Reservations Required

 

Orchard Snapshot $39 pp

2 Hour excursion with exclusive entrance into the working orchard fruit laden boughs, & Cider Mill production. Includes personal guide, tasting & tour. Season depends on fruit you will taste & see . Apples...Cherries...Pears. Seasonal Samples: Reservations Required

 


 

 
  Student   Program  from $12.50 pp Join our orchard guide for outdoor education, the perfect way to understand the importance of agriculture to us all since we all eat right?... We specialize in  group tours, private, conventions, education & foreign groups, many are customized for our guests. Advance reservations  required. Tour Availability depends on season & minimum group numbers.

Discover Heirloom    Cuisine Week Workshop   $2890 Inclusive weeklong adventure features the foods, farms, and gardens of North Central Washington. You will rest and renew nightly in boutique lodging. All meals. classes, and interactive instructors, class size limited to 12# guests. Price per person based on double occupancy. Tour Package Booking Policy:

Reservations
will be confirmed with a Cider Mill representative after providing prepayment with credit card. Please leave a detailed message if you do not reach a representative in person.

Private Groups:  Advance prepaid reservations require a minimum of 2 weeks prior, there may be openings up to 72 hours advance for Day Trip Packages. Our dates sell out often 3 months prior, we encouarge early booking. 

Discover Heirloom Cuisine Weeklong Programs are offered only 12 weeks yearly with limited class registration. We encouarage early booking while making your holiday and vacation plans.

Group Planners: 4 Weeks Advance Prepaid Reservations Required

To serve you best with our Cider Mill excellance, we ask you to carefully plan your dates to North Central Washington, world known as Washington Apple Country a bounty of multiple fruits, berries, & vegetables await you.  Seasonal reservations are limited due to schedule demands for our exclusive regional service.
